Insulated production hall, types K 600 – K 1200
One example of our various hall systems is the type K 600 – K 1200
The hall can be varied and extended in any way to suit your individual needs, for example by integrating domelights or strip lighting into the roof, lateral canopies, craneways etc.
The steel binder spacing is 5 m, the roof pitch is 2% and the average heat transition coefficient U = 0.58 W/m² k
Prices and additional information:
Our services include:
- Roof strip lighting set in the roof ridge as daylight lighting strip of circular bent polycarbonate hollow-chamber profiles, multi-layered, thickness approx. 10 mm, in opal non-glare design with ventilation and smoke/heat extraction function. Strip lighting length = hall length without end fields. Size and number of smoke/heat extraction flaps assuming at least 0.8% aerodynamic smoke extraction surface in relation to hall floor area
- Structural calculations for steel construction and foundations. General site plans/view plans/production plans, foundation and reinforcement plans and assembly plans of the plinth. The builder is responsible for the charges for the structural calculation.
- Steel construction (framework) primed approx. 40-60µm, incl. anchor elements, steel construction dimensioned for a snow-load of 75 kg/m2, impact loads for supports not taken into account, wall framework as façade underneath construction for doors, gates and window systems of sendzimir-galvanised cold-formed profiles (C-profiles)
- Roof trapezoidal sheet metal panels as supporting shell for the roof sealing of immersion-treated steel strip with strip coating on the visible side, layer thickness approx. 12µm, polyester-based lacquer, colour to manufacturer’s standard, underside with protective lacquer (RSL)
- Roof sealing as warm roof, consisting of vapour barrier layer of PE film 0.25 mm, plus heat insulation 14 cm thick of EPS sealing profiles B1, additional glass matting and sealing with PVC roofing film 1.5 mm thick, manuf. Braas, Sika or equivalent.
- Roof drainage by flat roof inlets (gullies), including necessary round PVC fall-pipes laid down to approx. 1 m above upper edge of finished surface.
- Cassette wall elements laid horizontally as façade panelling, room side with polyester coating approx. 12µm in RAL standard colour of manufacturer, plus heat insulation d = 12 cm thick, building materials class A, and vertically laid outer shell of steel trapezoid plate with 2-layer stoved strip coating on the weather side, layer thickness approx. 25µm, polyester-based lacquer, inner side approx. 12 µm, colour to manufacturer’s standard, visible attachment of the trapezoid plates to the load-dissipating steel cassette stays.
- The cassette wall façade is fitted from the reinforced concrete plinth, h = 0.25m (see additional services: Earthwork, drainage and reinforced concrete works).
- Preformed parts such as corner sections, front flashing, eaves flashing, gate- and door frames, toothed plates, profile fillers, sealing strips.
- 1 pc. sectional gate of double-walled sandwich construction with insulating core of PUR hard foam, weather-resistant due to galvanised material with polyester coating on both sides, colour to manufacturer’s standard, gate size approx. 4.00 m x 4.00 m, operation by manual chain hoist.
- 2 pcs. double-walled, single-wing steel doors in a standard size of approx. 1 m x 2 m, including anti-panic function
- Façade strip lighting along the hall longitudinal sides, in the form of a plastic window strip, divided into fields of equal size and glazed with heat insulation glass, Ug-value = 1.1 W/m2*K, strip lighting height approx. 1.50 m, strip lighting length = hall length without end fields, window construction consisting of heat-insulated plastic profiles, white on interior and exterior, arrangement of ventilation flaps as turn-and-tilt flaps (size approx. 1 m x 1 m), installation in every 2nd axis field
- Installation of all the above components.
