Costs

The construction costs for our multi-storey car parks are determined by the following factors:

• Topography, foundation soil
• Ground plan and symmetry
• Number of staircases and lifts
• Exterior façade design
• Number of parking spaces

The costs for a standard multi-storey car park with 300 parking spaces, normal foundation and functional façade, are approximately

€ 5,500.- plus VAT per parking space.

The costs may however vary depending on general circumstances.
